• Pat DiCapo, LL.B
  Managing Director

  Mr. DiCapo is a founder of PowerOne Capital Markets Limited. As the Managing Director of PowerOne, Mr. DiCapo is responsible for managing the Firm and structuring corporate finance transactions. Mr. DiCapo has been involved in over 200 transactions for both emerging private and public companies involving over $1.3 billion in financings.  His previous experience includes working with the law firm of Smith Lyons LLP (now Gowlings LLP) in Toronto and with Goodwin, Procter LLP in Boston, MA. Mr. DiCapo is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and a member of the Ontario Bar Association.

• Albert Contardi, LL.B
  Vice President, Corporate Finance & Compliance

  Albert Contardi is the Vice President, Corporate Finance of PowerOne Capital Markets Limited. Mr. Contardi is responsible for advising and structuring corporate finance transactions and conducting due diligence.

  Prior to joining PowerOne, Mr. Contardi was an associate at two prominent law firms in Ontario, Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP and Goodman and Carr LLP. Mr. Contardi has been called to the Ontario Bar, is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a graduate of Queen's University Law School.
  
  Mr. Contardi has extensive experience in advising a broad range of clients, including both senior and junior issuers, underwriters, agents, selling security holders, entrepreneurs and private corporations.

  Mr. Contardi's experience includes public and private equity and debt financings, stock exchange listings, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, reverse takeovers, plan of arrangements and corporate reorganizations.

• David D'Onofrio, CA
  Chief Financial Officer

   

  Mr. D'Onofrio is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience working in public accounting. During that time, David practiced in both audit and taxation advisory roles, most recently with a focus on junior public companies and other small to mid cap businesses, primarily in the mining, energy and technology sectors.

  Mr. D'Onofrio has also provided advisory services in several different capacities to a wide array private and public companies as Director, Audit Committee Member and in various Financial positions.

  David brings a strong financial and technical skill set to PowerOne and is active in advising and structuring corporate finance transactions and conducting due diligence. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Mr. D'Onofrio also holds a Masters of Taxation Degree from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors                     

• Kris Volk
  Executive Assistant

  Kris Volk is the Executive Assistant to Pat Di Capo and takes a lead role in administering many facets of PowerOne's business.  Kris has been with PowerOne Capital Markets Limited since its inception, and is instrumental in managing and administering the different parties involved in the financing transaction process, including working very closely with the issuers, legal counsels, investors, and syndication departments within various financial institutions.

  Mrs. Volk has extensive experience in the Investment Services industry. Prior to joining PowerOne, Kris was a long standing employee of Canada Trust and later joining the Canada Life Assurance Company.  Mrs. Volk also had a strong background in advertising and marketing.

• Candace Di Vito
  Administrative Assistant

  Ms. Di Vito is the Administrative Assistant and joined PowerOne Capital Markets Limited in 2006. Ms. Di Vito works closely with the V.P of Corporate Finance and plays a key role in the organization and administration of the financing process and is an integral member of the PowerOne team.

  Ms. Di Vito also brings to the organization an extensive background in banking administration having worked for a large Canadian financial institution prior to joining PowerOne.
